Eysenck's personality theory is considered a true paradigm and the most solid theory that psychology has offered. The theory best explains why each person has their own personality. The theory states that there are three large traits inside each of us. These three traits are psychotic-ism, extroversion, and neuroticism.

FIND YOUR PERSONALITY

In his opinion he tells that personality includes three traits. He divided people's personality into three:-
>Neuroticism/Emotional stability
>Extroversion/Ambiversion/Introversion
>psychotic-ism/sociability
Neuroticism:-Individuals who score high on neuroticism are more likely than average to be moody and to experience such feelings as anxiety, worry, fear, anger, frustration, envy, jealousy, guilt, depressed mood, and lonely.
Emotional stability:-A person who has a high level of emotional stability is preferred in most professions because they have more control over their emotions at work. Employees with low emotional stability may be more easily distracted from their work, by deadlines, personal situations, and pressure.
>Extroversion:- is defined by the general tendency to experience positive emotions, as well as by traits such as sociable, lively, and active. From: The Psychology of Humor.

AMBIVERT PERSONALITY
|
Ambiversion:-An ambivert is someone who exhibits qualities of both introversion and extroversion, and can flip into either depending on their mood, context, and goals. Ambiverts have also been called: Outgoing introverts: An introvert who can be outgoing in certain situations, around certain people, or when they absolutely need to.
>Introversion:-An introvert is often thought of as a quiet, reserved, and thoughtful individual. They don't seek out special attention or social engagements, as these events can leave introverts feeling exhausted and drained. Introverts are the opposite of extroverts.
Psychotic-ism:-is a personality pattern typified by aggressiveness and interpersonal hostility. High levels of this trait were believed by Eysenck to be linked to increased vulnerability to psychosis such as in schizophrenia.
Sociability is the art or play form of association, ... While sociable interaction centers upon persons, it can occur only if the more serious purposes of the individual are kept out, so that it is an interaction not of complete but of symbolic and equal personalities.
Through this points we can understand Eysenck's theory of personality.
