Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. Influence of group on individual behavior:-

Today most of the people are members of several groups.So group have an invisible power to make changes in its members life.Now we discussing how group effects to our life.The main problem we facing in a group is that social loafing.
SOME MEMBERS ARE NOT ACTIVE IN GROUP
   
Social loafing:-Social loafing describes the tendency of individuals to put forth less effort when they are part of a group. Because all members of the group are pooling their effort to achieve a common goal, each member of the group contributes less than they would if they were individually responsible.

EFFECT OF SOCIAL LOAFING 


Example:-you and your classmates might have difficulty coordinating the tasks. You might divide up the work in an ineffective way, or duplicate each other’s efforts if you don’t coordinate who does what. You might also face difficulties if not everyone in the group puts in the same amount of work—for example, some of your classmates might be less inclined to put in effort on the project, thinking that others’ work will make up for their inaction.(acting that to be active in group)

NOT ACTIVE IN GROUP DISCUSSIONS
Why social loafing take place:-

>members are thinking that we are irresponsible.

>Feeling that my contribution are not evaluating.

>Comparing group work with another group. 

>Law level of coordination between group members.

>members doesn't feeling that we all are in one group.

Social loafing is mainly taking place when people are working in a group.And also we wanted to eradicate social loafing to promote a healthy group
