Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. Conformity:-Conformity is a type of social influence involving a change in belief or behavior in order to fit in with a group.Conformity can also be simply defined as “yielding to group pressures”Conformity is also known as majority influence (or group pressure).
BEHAVIOR INFLUENCES BY OTHERS

Determinants of conformity:-
>size of the group:the group which had large amount of members may increase chance of conformity.

>Size of minority:when amount of minority increases the chance of conformity decreases.

>nature of task:conformity may increase or decrease depend on the task.

>Public or private expression of behavior:in public expressions conformity increases and in private expressions conformity decrease.

>Personality:open minded people have more chance of conformity.
FEELING OF ONENESS

(1) Informative Influence

(2) Normative Influence 

>Informative Influence:-the people who explaining the matter in front of us with evidence. 

>Normative Influence:the situation we alone from group because of disobeying the group decision.

Compliance :-compliance is a type of social influence where an individual does what someone else wants them to do, following his or her request or suggestion. It is similar to obedience, but there is no order – only a request.

Example:request some persons to change their attitude.
   
So we can understand that group have in changing behavior of its members.
