Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. CONTROL YOUR BEHAVIOR

1) It's the ability to observe and react to our own behaviors as if they were the actions of someone else. In other words, to engage the 'observing self'.Behavior-modification procedures often require subjects to self-observe their own behavior.That self-observation may have important applications for behavior-change programs.It help ur to change our behavior and also help to strengthen the inputs for our goals and other activities.

2) Self-instruction involves a person telling him or herself to do something and then doing it.It has some advantages to traditional instruction.Self-instruction techniques involve the use of self-statements to direct or self-regulate behavior.

Through this method we understand problems and also give instructions our self to change our behavior. It help us to create a behavior that we wanted to create.
PROCESS OF SELF REINFORCEMENT

3)Self-reinforcement is a process whereby individuals control their own behavior by rewarding themselves when a certain standard of performance has been attained or surpassed. Self-reinforcement is a skill which can improve motivation and achievement in all subject areas. 
For example trying to good things by self rewarding.

4)Self-regulation can be defined in various ways. In the most basic sense, it involves controlling one's behavior, emotions, and thoughts in the pursuit of long-term goals. More specifically, emotional self-regulation refers to the ability to manage disruptive emotions and impulses.

CONTROL YOURSELF

5)Self-control, an aspect of inhibitory control, is the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and behavior in the face of temptations and impulses.

This techniques may help you to control your behavior.And also it may help to increase our good habits.
