Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Group Conflicts And Inter Group Conflicts. Why Inter Group Conflicts Are Forming And Define The Reasons ?(Psychological Analysis)

In every society we are seeing many conflicts between the group.there are several reason behind this inter group conflicts.Some of them are mentioned below.
INTER GROUP CONFLICT

Social identity:-Social identity is a person's sense of who they are based on their group membership. This may proposed that the groups (e.g. social class, family, football team etc.) which people belonged to were an important source of pride and self-esteem.

 We are always thinking that our group have special privileges in society and the other group didn't have any value in society.This kind thinking have a major role in Inter group conflicts.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

WHY INTER GROUP CONFLICTS TAKE PLACE:-

>Lack of communication between the groups.

>Relative Deprivation :-when our group didn't get benefits and their rights it became reason to feeling disappointed with Other groups 

>we predicting that our group is good and remains are bad.

>Other groups are not respecting norms of our group.

>Thinking to act against other groups desire got retaliation.

>negative thinking about other groups (biased perception)

> Humans dissatisfaction needs of resources.
AREAS OF CONFLICTS

>Every group members wanted to get their rights (it means equality in group)

We can eradicate group conflicts through reducing the chance of conflict.Inter group cooperation may helpful growth a successful society.
