Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. For example scientists, critical thinkers etc.. 3)Spatial intelligence :-it is a skills forming visual images and information. MAJOR STRATEGIES TO SOLVE INTER GROUP CONFLICTS (CONFLICT RESOLUTION STRATEGIES)

Now a times group consequences are widely seeing in our society.So we wanted to bothered about the conflict resolution strategies.


Conflict resolution strategies:-

>introduction of super originated goals.Two groups wanted to create a goal.It help to increase coordination and cooperation between groups.

>Altering perception:-don't see other groups as an enemy see them as a  friend.(change the old thoughts by altering)

>Increasing inter group contact by conducting different community programs and also it help to increase relationship between group members.

COMMON GROUP WORK

>Redrawing groups boundaries-through redrawing group boundaries we can create a feeling of oneness as like all are in one group.

>Negotiation:-In this method a third party is taking charge to solve problems between two groups.Here we have two type of negotiation:-

  (1)Problem solving through taking a common decision after discussion.

   (2)Arbitration:-The mediator here to sides then will take a decision to solve problems 
GROUP WORK

>Structural solution is focusing on dividing the resources:-

   (1)Equality in distribution of resources. 
  
   (2)distributing resources on their needs.

   (3) Equity:-distributing resources on the basis of contributions.

>Give respect for other groups norms.Respecting norms may help you to increase cooperation between groups.

By applying this strategies we can solve the consequences between groups.Group consequences may became to reasons to huge problems taking place in society.
