Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Now inter group conflicts are increasing it have several reasons.And also many bad things are taking place because of this inter group conflicts.
INTER GROUP CONFLICT

Conflict:- conflict is a clash of interest. The basis of conflict may vary but it is always a part of society.Conflict in groups often follows a specific course. Routine group interaction is first disrupted by an initial conflict, often caused by differences of opinion, disagreements between members, or scarcity of resources.

By the conflicts between group many problem Will occurred in society.And also sometimes it may leads to big issues in the society.

CONSEQUENCES OF CONFLICTS

Consequences of conflict :-

>It effects to interaction between groups as like lack of communication and lack respect between groups etc.. are the main problem effects to interaction.

>Every groups tells that out group is better and they try to create a bad identity for the other groups.

>Each group try to do maximum work and also they try to increase their power and rights in different manners.
