Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP AND TEAM(PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS)

We are seeing several groups in our surroundings so we wanted to understand that for what we are creating groups and teams.The difference between group and Team are also mentioned below 
             

Group can be defined as two or more people who interact with one another, share similar characteristics, and collectively have a sense of unity. Other theorists disagree however, and are wary of definitions which stress the importance of interdependence or objective similarity.
Example:welfare groups and this groups mainly aims social benefits.

A team is a group of individuals (human or non-human) working together to achieve their goal.Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.
Example:food ball teams are mainly aims team goals.

Features of a group :-

>Every member  wanted to thought that I am member in group. 

>Group aims social goals and social interest.

>Maintain good relationship and helpful mentality between group members.


Difference between group and team :-

>A group is a collection of individuals who coordinate their individual efforts. On the other hand, at team is a group of people who share a common team purpose and a number of challenging goals. Members of the team are mutually committed to the goals and to each other.groups are mainly focusing on public needs.

>In team every individual wanted to provide same level of contributions.

>In Group leader have more responsibility.In team everyone have same level of responsibility.

Group and Teams have major role in succeeding several social aims and goals.And also it helps to growth of country in several ways.This kind of team and group work can decrease individuals work load.And also it helps to generate a healthy condition for future.
