Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. COOPERATION IN SOCIETY

>cooperation:- an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit; joint action. more or less active assistance from a person, organization, etc.: We sought the cooperation of various civic leaders. willingness to cooperate: to indicate cooperation.for example group welfare works,social works etc..
COMPETITION BETWEEN PEOPLE

>Competition:- the act or process of competing : rivalry: such as. a : the effort of two or more parties acting independently to secure the business of a third party by offering the most favorable terms contractors in competition for the contract to build the new school.for example writing competition,drawing competition etc..

Determinants of cooperation and competition:-

>Reward:-Group get reward when all members were worked with coordination and cohesiveness.Cooperation is one of the major things behind success of every group.

>Reward:-Thinking that me only wanted to get rewards.only a kind of winning the competition himself or herself.
COMPETITION IN BUSINESS 

>Communication:-every group needs a strong communication between group and personal.This type of communication may help to increase group's output.Absence of  communication may lead group into competition between its members.

>Reciprocity:-we always trying to help the person who help us when we needed.always focusing on mutual benefits.

Now a times we commonly seeing a feeling of competition but we wanted to give more priorities for cooperation.The coordination and cooperation between people may help create a peaceful and efficient world.Competition also essential but not more than cooperation.And also cooperation may help to create a helping mentality in everyone's life.
