Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. For example writers poets etc.. 2)Logical Mathematical intelligence:-it is a skills to reason and to think scientific.special abilities in mathematics as like calculations etc.. For example scientists, critical thinkers etc.. 3)Spatial intelligence :-it is a skills forming visual images and information. Stress is a main problem that we are facing now.Situation have major role increasing and decreasing the stress.

Situational stress:-we all are facing stress in our every day life.Situational stress is telling about the level of stress that we facing in different situation. 

Situational stress test:-

This test help to understand stress when the people interacting with several situations.In this the test taker give client different situation then not some changes in different situation.test taker ask client to tell about most appropriate responses he /she feeling. And also it may help to analyse different levels of stress facing by the client in different situation.

For example analysing employees stress level while he/she working.

The test are often used in industrial organizational psychology as person selection and also for other matter.

It helps to understand stress level of employers and other people while they are encouraging in different tasks.
