Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Behavioral ratings:-
This tests are widely using in companies to understand the employers personality and in schools to understand children's personality.

 The process of classification may take place on the basis of different types of data we collected.

 Behavioral ratings also have several limitations some of them are mentioned below:-

 >Halo Effects:-rating is a difficult process.when we understanding a person on the basis of a single trait it leads to some errors.for example by seeing a good trait from a person we think that he/she have a good personality or by seeing a bad activity from a person sometimes we evaluate they are bad persons.As like first impression.

 Middle category biases :-

 It means that sometimes we avoid the data collected in or in last of our behavior analyzing process.In this method we give priority to middle collected data.firstly collected data may tell us that this person is bad and secondly collected data tells this person is good then sometimes we avoid firstly collected data.

 Nomination :-

 We analysis a person by his relationship between others or this person others best option it means nominations.for example requesting an individual to particular position or to a particular   program.This also effects to behavioral analysis.

 Through this we can understand that this kind behavioral analysis also have some limitations.
