Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Observation :- it is a method of personality assessment.Through this method the observer wanted to understand and also wanted to rate personality on basis of this observation.

This method is very helpful to analyse personality but it has several limitations some of them are mentioned below:-

 >To understand and analyse data in proper way we need well experience in this field.

This tests are widely using in companies to understand the employers personality and in schools to understand children's personality.
