Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Behavior is  is the actions and mannerisms made by individuals, organisms, systems or artificial entities in conjunction with themselves or their environment, which includes the other systems or organisms around as well as the physical environment. 


Behavioral analysis:-

In behavioral analysis the behavior is mainly observed from others and make a analysis about this.

Major techniques for behavioral analysis are:-

>Interview it is a process of asking questions and collecting details.

Structured and unstructured interview:-

Structured interview :-it contains only some specific questions.

Unstructured interview in this method interviewer can ask any questions and also the answers are also widely explained.

Observation:-through deep observation on others activities we can understand their behavior.

Behavioral rating :-
Understand behaviors by using different behavioral  techniques then we wanted to measure this on basis of behavioral features.

This tests are mostly using in companies understand employers behavior and also widely using in schools to understand children's behavior.

Classification of behavior:-

After observing behaviour we wanted classify it into different.The classification takes place on the basis of different features observed on different person.

Observation is not simple as we thought an experienced person can only make clear observation.and also there some chance to get wrong results.
