Howard Gardner introduced Multiple intelligence theory. There is a test for the age 5 to18 its Arousal it helps to understand interests and intelligence in different matters. "Intelligence is not a single entity rather distinct types of intelligence exists each of this intelligence are independent each other" Each are different from others. This theory classified intelligence into eight types. Eight types of intelligence are  1)Linguistic intelligence it refers people who can use words and alphabets in a good manners. Personality Assessment is a proficiency in professional psychology that involves the administration, scoring, and interpretation of empirically supported measures of personality traits and styles and other through psychological interventions.

 In simple words personality assessment is a measurement using different types of psychological principles to understand the difference of one from another.

 In psychology there is two types of assessment that are:-

 >Informal Assessment 

 Formal Assessment is the assessment which is based on psychological principles.In this method the assessment  take place on the basis of psychological principles and other ethics that wanted to use in a psychological test.
